An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Solstice Pharma collects your data after specific permission for sending a newsletter and / or brochure, or to get in contact.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
We share our data with the following parties:
Google (Analytics)
On your website a cookie is placed of the American company Google, as part of the Google Analytics-service. We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use the website, so that we can periodically improve the website. Google can supply this information to third parties if Google is required to do this by law, or if third parties process this information in the name of Google. We have no influence over this.
The information Google collects is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP-address is not shared. This information is transferred to Google and stored on servers in the United States.
Mailchimp (Newsletter)
MailChimp is an email marketing provider, managed by MailChimp Inc. MailChimp keeps a database of email addresses. By registering for the newsletter of Medical Digitals you are added to MailChimp’s database. The email-management and shipping service of MailChimp uses so-called web beacons. These beacons keep track of who opens the emails and when. Besides this clicks on links in emails are measured. Your email address will only be used by us.
Socialmediabuttons
On your website buttons may be included to promote webpages (Like) or share (Tweet) on social networks like Facebook and Twitter. These buttons work through pieces of code that originate from Facebook and Twitter themselves. Through these websites code cookies are placed. We have no influence over this. Read the privacy statement of Facebook and Twitter (which can be modified regularly) to know what they do with the (personal) data they process through these cookies.
The information they gather is anonymized as much as possible. The information is transferred to and by Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest and LinkedIn and stored on servers in the United States. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Google+ state that they conform to the Safe Harbor principles and are affiliated with the Safe Harbor-program of the American Ministry of Trade. This means that there is adequate protection where personal data is concerned.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Solstice Pharma takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
